1. Car blast rocks national capital; at least 9 people killed

At least 9 people have been killed and 20 injured in an explosion in a slow-moving Hyundai i20 at a signal near Gate No. 1 of Delhi’s Red Fort (Lal Qila) Metro Station around 6:50 pm on November 10. The Delhi Police have invoked UAPA (Unlawful Activities Prevention Act) sections after forensic evidence and intelligence inputs pointed to possible terror links. NIA has taken up the probe to investigate the incident.
2. Indian and Sri Lankan Armies begin Exercise Mitra Shakti

The opening ceremony of the 11th edition of the annual Indo-Sri Lanka joint Exercise Mitra Shakti was held at the Foreign Training Node, Belagavi. The exercise will be conducted from 10 to 23 November 2025, according to a post on X by the Indian Army.
Focused on joint tactical drills and sub-conventional operations under the UN mandate, the exercise underscores the enduring defence partnership, interoperability, and mutual trust between the Indian Army and the Sri Lankan Army.
3. IIT Delhi- RJIT sign MoU

An MoU has been signed between IIT Delhi, BSF Academy & Rustamji Institute of Technology(RJIT), Tekanpur, on November 11 to drive academic collaboration, research, and innovation.
Key areas of Cooperation
The MoU outlines the following key areas of cooperation:
Academic Collaboration among the three institutions through joint academic programs, collaborative research projects, and faculty-student exchange programs.
Research and Development (R&D):
Joint R&D projects will be undertaken in collaboration with IIT Delhi, offering students and faculty members valuable exposure to technological innovation and practical knowledge.
Knowledge and Expertise Exchange:
Sharing of knowledge, experience, and expertise among the institutions will enhance academic, research, and innovation-related activities.
4. India-Vietnam begin Exercise VINBAX

The opening ceremony of the 6th edition of the joint military exercise between India and Vietnam, Exercise VINBAX 2025, will be held on 11 November 2025 at Hanoi, Vietnam. The exercise is scheduled from 11 to 29 November 2025, according to a post on X by the Indian Army.
5. INS Savitri docks at Port Beira, Mozambique

INS Savitri, an offshore patrol Vessel of the Indian Navy, arrived at Port Beira, Mozambique, as part of its ongoing deployment in the Indian Ocean Region. The ship was accorded a warm and ceremonial welcome by personnel from the Mozambique Navy, reflecting the strong ties between the two maritime nations, according to a post on X by the Indian Navy.
During the visit, personnel from both navies will engage in joint training, professional interactions, sharing of best practices, yoga, and friendly sports fixtures, enhancing cooperation and deepening the strategic partnership between India and Mozambique.
6. Three Apaches en route to India returned

The 3 Indian Army Apaches were returned to Mesa Gateway Airport on November 10 by the same An-124 that picked them up. They never made it to India and instead spent 8 days at East Midlands Airport (EMA) in the UK before the An-124 brought them back, according to a post by KIWA spotter.
On October 30, an Antonov An-124 arrived at Mesa Gateway Airport this afternoon from Leipzig, Germany, to pick up 3 AH-64E Apaches for the Indian Army.
7. TASL Flags off SD1015 4x4 for Indian Army

Tata Advanced Systems announced the flag-off of the Tata SD1015 4x4 Field Artillery Tractors for the Indian Armed Forces at a ceremony in Jamshedpur on November 10, marking the timely completion of the supply of critical logistic vehicles to bolster operational capacity and capability in presence of Mr. M Balashanmugam SQAO, SQAE (V&EE), Kolkata DGQA Office, and senior dignitaries from Tata Advanced Systems, Tata Motors and Government officials, in a post by Tata Advanced Systems Limited.
